Lovefest: Growth and Transformation
What a journey Lovefest has been on! In just one year, we grew from 4 events to 9, with attendance soaring from 1,200 to over 2,600. For the first time, we expanded interstate and even went international. Our team grew from 11 to 33 members, supported by over 200 volunteers and more than 260 artists and facilitators who joined us to bring Lovefest to life.
We navigated challenges like three venue changes, including one with just 8 days’ notice to a location with virtually no infrastructure. Through it all, Lovefest has solidified its place as Australia’s No.1 sober festival.
