100 Day Pass Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) complimentary Day Pass to Heart & Soul Retreats for the first 100 purchases to Lovefest, Cronulla September 265, 2026. Valid for Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays between October 15 - November 30, 2026.

2. Day Pass Inclusions

Each Day Pass includes access to Heart & Soul Retreats’ daily retreat program and facilities during the applicable Day Pass hours, including meals, yoga, meditation and scheduled workshops/programs, subject to availability and the retreat schedule on the day of the visit.

3. Booking & Availability

For Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays Only between October 15 - November 30, 2026. Winners must contact Heart & Soul Retreats to book their Day Pass 24 hours in advance: +61 2 4294 1765 info@heartandsoulretreats.com.au Bookings are subject to availability and must be made for an available Day Pass date. The prize does not guarantee availability on any particular date.

4. Validity

Each complimentary Day Pass must be booked and used by November 30, 2026. Unused prizes will expire after this date and cannot be extended.

5. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

6. Age Requirement

Heart & Soul Retreats welcomes guests aged 15 years and over. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

7. Changes & Cancellation

Once a Day Pass booking has been confirmed, no reschedules are allowed. If a winner does not attend their booked Day Pass, the prize may be considered forfeited.

8. Program Changes

Heart & Soul Retreats reserves the right to change, cancel or modify classes, workshops, meals or other aspects of the retreat program where reasonably necessary.

9. Giveaway Period & Winners

Day passes can be booked between October 15 to November 30, 2026. Winners will be selected and contacted via email.

10. Privacy

By entering the giveaway, entrants consent to Heart & Soul Retreats collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Heart & Soul Retreats’ Privacy Policy.

11. General Heart & Soul Retreats reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate conduct in connection with the giveaway.
