Lovefest Newcastle 2027

  • glenrock scout camp (map)

Across the five days, we will enjoy a great range of conscious workshops, live music, local artists, and market stalls, all aiming to support us to tap into our playful childlike innocence, find greater levels of strength, and explore our authentic selves.

The invitation is to deepen into presence, wellness, spark creativity, and foster our connection to self, others and the natural world. Lets honour the journey that each individual walks and see beyond the illusion of seperation and ignite each heart into a rich conversation with each other and the earth that holds us.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
With deep reverence and gratitude to the land, we honour the  ancestors of the land that walked and gathered for tens of thousands of years. We connect with the ancestors,  where we come from, and that we come as friends.

We also acknowledge our own ancestors, we feel the presence of those who have come before us and acknowledge the ancient connection between people, earth, and spirit that continues to guide and ground us, flowing through all of creation.

Here is a video from Lovefest Newcastle last year:

There are bunk beds that can be claimed at a very reasonable cost $40 for the event (same price regardless if your there one night or all nights).

The camp ground is incredible, a wonderful way to enjoy the surrounding landscape, ALL TICKETS INCLUDE CAMPING. Options to camp on the eastern side near to the beach (more exposed to wind). Or you can be more protected on the western side near reflection point. Cars will be able to come down to the camp unless the weather is very wet, in which case the cars will be kept on higher ground and you can walk your gear down to the flat areas.

ABOUT LOVEFEST

Lovefest is about Love for Self, Love for Community, and Love for the planet. We connect with ourselves and each other so we can send ripples of Love to our families, community, nation, and then the entire planet.

Lovefest events have 3 pillars: Health and Wellbeing, Community Connection, and Dance.
Without any substances that impair cognition, we are all on the same wavelength. We come together to connect, transform, and celebrate, whilst holding the same vision and intention to spread love into the world and take action post-event. We then start to make a difference in our lives and the lives of others. This then ripples out into the society we live in, positively impacting the community at large and eventually the country and planet.

The 8 Principles of Lovefest are:

1. INNER JOURNEY
2. COMPASSIONATE COMMUNICATION
3. BEING OF SERVICE
4. HUMILITY
5. HARMONY
6. BUILDING COMMUNITY
7. CONNECTION TO LAND
8. CELEBRATION
